Who you are contracting with
NAWA Health is operated by Palmera Systems for Software Development (“we” or “us”). By using the service, you enter into an agreement with Palmera Systems for Software Development.
Acceptance
By continuing to use NAWA Health, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity, spam or unsolicited bulk messages, infringement of others’ intellectual property, hacking, unauthorised security probing, malware distribution or scraping. Do not resell or redistribute the service without permission.
Intellectual property
The platform’s software, design, branding and programme materials belong to Palmera Systems for Software Development. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service under your selected plan.
Service availability
We strive to keep NAWA Health available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may carry out maintenance or update features at any time.
Medical disclaimer
NAWA Health supports daily habits alongside your care team. It does not replace medical care. Your clinician remains responsible for diagnosis, medicines and treatment decisions. The optional AI coach offers education about daily habits and help using the app. It does not diagnose, prescribe or change your plan. You can turn it off in Profile → Privacy and consent. Availability also depends on your clinic’s settings.
Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Paymob. Checkout is also subject to Paymob’s terms. Choose a plan inside your account and pay by card for each period. There are no automatic card charges. Your plan is activated when payment is confirmed; early payment extends access from the current period’s end. Clinics cover their own patients. Solo patients pay for themselves. Read the refund policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date identifies the current wording. Your continued use is subject to the terms above.
