NAWA Health determines how your personal data is used. When you join a clinic, its care team also uses your data to care for you.
What we collect
Depending on your use, we collect account and profile details, onboarding answers, health records and readings, daily check-ins, messages, appointments, subscription and payment records, consent records and security logs. Optional phone health-app sync sends only the readings you permit. You enter card details on Paymob’s page; NAWA Health does not receive or store your card number.
Why we use it
To run your programme, support your clinic’s care, manage accounts and payments, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Health data is used with your explicit consent. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who receives it
You, the care teams of clinics you join, authorised NAWA Health staff when needed, and service providers for their specific tasks. Paymob handles card payments. Other enabled services may support email, sign-in, notifications or optional AI. Clinic maps use a configurable map tile provider, currently OpenStreetMap. The tile server receives your device IP address and the map area you view, with no health data. Authorities receive data when required by law. Your choices and rights
From Profile, download your data, correct your profile and request account deletion (how to delete your account). Ask your clinic to correct records it entered. You can turn the AI coach off in Privacy and consent. Withdrawing the required consents means deleting your account. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period; clinic health records may remain without your name or contact details, and payment records remain as financial records. This static website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. The pricing page requests the public plans list. Its fonts are served from this website, so your browser contacts no font service.
