In the app: patients
Open Profile, choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. You can download your data first from Profile → Download my data.
In the app: clinic team members
Open the menu, choose My account, then Delete my account. The page shows what happens at each of your clinics before you confirm. If you are the only admin of a clinic that has other team members, make one of them an admin first. If you are a clinic’s last team member, the clinic closes and its patients are told; their own records stay.
Without the app
Email info@nawahealth.net from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We check that the account is yours before deleting it and reply when it is done.
What happens next
You are signed out everywhere at once. For 30 days you can change your mind by signing in again. After that, your name, email address, phone number and password are erased. Health records your clinic keeps may remain without your name or contact details, and payment records remain as financial records. Backups keep erased data only until they expire.
